I was thrilled by the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel, especially in the common areas. The tasteful furnishings and elegant touches created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff kindly assisted me with any assistance I needed, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It would have been even better if there were handrails available in the bathroom and near the bed to ensure the safety of senior guests. The children working there were friendly and helpful, but having these additional amenities would have been ideal for a better vacation experience for senior people.

We had an incredible stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and right across from the Bay of Islands farmers market. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen, electric blankets, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service, offering room service and helping with laundry. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the free Wi-Fi in our room. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

Way off the road so very quiet, beautiful old trees and gardens.To wake up and hear tui singing is something we haven't heard in years.The complimentry drink on arrival was very refreshing and the greeting we received was very warm and inviting.Regretably we never had time to enjoy the spa.Great shower and very comfy beds too.If we get a chance we would definately stay here again.Thanks

The room was very quiet, spacious and really nice. We enjoyed the site of the motel which was 500 metres outside of Kerikeri, nice grounds, very pleasant staff, oferred a wine on arrival (we did not take this up), good facilities, great spa, excellent servicing of our room. Even the kitten paid us a visit. We are picky on what we eat, so we were able to make good food there. Laundry facilities were very good.

These are not criticisms, but observations. (1) An oven might be an addition to the executive room we hired as we do not like restaurant food and prefer to cook our own (2) A better selection of sports and news channels on the television - no big deal though

I liked that we could take our small dog with us away on holiday.I Also liked the fact that we were in a tranquil bush like setting. Very peacefull.

The hotel was well-equipped, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us a flexible check-in time and not charging extra for additional guests. The location was convenient, close to both town and the Bay of Islands.

The accommodation had excellent amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ, and was located in a convenient area close to nearby attractions. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent and kept dropping out, causing some frustration. However, the fully equipped kitchen was a good alternative.

Lovely surroundings and out of view and sounds from road. Owners very welcoming and helpful. This was our first 'tour' night and started our holiday very well.

Our stay was amazing, the place had a great vibe. The rooms were super clean with good quality bedding provided. The grounds are really well kept and the location is just perfect as it is close to all key attractions. We loved the eco-friendly toiletries provided which made us feel good about our stay. The best part was the owner who was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The internet was quite spotty and there was a constant struggle to stay connected. , the lack of air conditioning in the room was quite bothersome.
